- The Sentinels Wiki staff is currently looking for active members to become a part of our staff! If you'd like to become an administrator, please drop a line at the talk page. We prefer that you have a bit of knowledge on wiki editing though. We're still looking for website designers to help overhaul the look of the wiki. :)

Tips
There are some things you should avoid when creating and writing about a character, simply by custom. The following is strongly encouraged.
- The character should not be a descendant of any lore character. For example, the second cousin of Arthas, or the long lost sibling of Sylvanas.
- The character could not have been born in Orgrimmar or Darnassus, or spent your youth there, unless you want to play as a four year old character (Orgrimmar and Darnassus were built recently.)
- Also notice that exodus of gnomes from Gnomeregan happened recently, so your character could've not been born during that time.
- When writing a character history, one should try to avoid things such as, "He was also well-known for slaying the dreaded traitor, Van Cleef," or, "She is renouned for cleansing the demonic taint from Ragefire Chasm." Such statments of permanent changes in the game world by the hand of your character would bring about many, many continuity errors.(Read More...)
Rules & Regulations
Wiki's depend on the open manner in which information is shared and modified. However, there are some guidelines enforced in the Sentinels Wiki:
- All content must be related to Sentinels and the roleplaying community.
- Any articles or edits that could be considered offensive or defamatory, or could be argued as harassment or vandalism will not be tolerated by the Sentinels community, and will be deleted.
- Wiki:Neutral point of view is the most important editing guideline.
- Pages that are not dedicated to stories or characters may be freely modified following the above rules.
- Story or character pages should not be edited to the extent that the original ideas are altered. If you are unsure if a change will alter the original context, contact the author for permission. Authors of such pages reserve full rights to request to have a page locked and unlocked by a moderator.
